Amazon and Apple Diving into movie business

Apple and Amazon are at each others heels in a race to offer better film download services. The hype was surrounding Apple with Amazon on the sidelines, but Amazon may have spoiled the party. Apple is starting small offering a few titles from Disney while Amazon has already launched Amazon Unbox, a service that will offer television shows, films and other videos from more than 30 studios. With better deals early in the game, Amazon may have the lead at least untill the possible holiday release of Apple’s new iTV for playing downloaded movies on your Home set. None of this will be seen in Canada untill next year.
